We’re all trying to do more, work harder and be more productive—but it’s important to disconnect from the madness. Taking time out for yourself is essential for both physical and mental health, yet many of us have difficulty doing so because of our demanding schedules. That’s where the Sabbath comes in—it’s a day of rest that lets us disconnect from work and other responsibilities so that we can focus on other important aspects of our lives.
